The nbajji Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and the nbajji Platform. By registering or using the Platform, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before opening an Account.

Important: These Terms & Conditions have been written for the convenience of users in Bangladesh. However, the English version shall prevail in any legal interpretation.

1 General Terms & Definitions

Key terms used in this document are defined below to ensure clarity when reading nbajji's Terms & Conditions.

  • "nbajji" or "Platform" — The nbajji.pro website and its associated mobile application.
  • "User" or "Member" — A person who holds a registered account on nbajji.
  • "Account" — A member's personal profile on nbajji.
  • "Balance" — Real money deposited into a member's account.
  • "Bonus Balance" — Additional funds granted as a promotion or reward, withdrawable upon meeting specified conditions.
  • "Wagering Requirement" — The multiplier indicating how much must be wagered before a bonus can be withdrawn.
  • "KYC" — Know Your Customer — the identity verification process.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

All of the following conditions must be met to open an Account on nbajji. These requirements are strictly enforced and any violation may result in Account termination.

Eligibility Requirements

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You are not a resident of any country or region where online gaming is prohibited by law.
  • You have no existing nbajji Account registered under your name.
  • You provided accurate and truthful information at the time of registration.
  • You are opening the Account for yourself, not on behalf of another person.

Registration Process

You must provide your full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number when registering. nbajji may request KYC verification at any time. Withdrawals will be held until KYC is completed. A copy of your national ID or passport, along with a recent utility bill or bank statement, may be required for KYC.

Warning: Registering with false information will result in the forfeiture of all account balances and permanent account closure. nbajji's Terms & Conditions have zero tolerance for fraud of any kind.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on nbajji. Following these Terms & Conditions ensures a smooth and timely payment process.

Deposit Policy

  • Deposits on nbajji can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
  • The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500.
  • Deposited funds are generally credited to your Account instantly.
  • Payments made in a third party's name are strictly prohibited.
  • If a deposit is deemed suspicious, nbajji may place a hold on the transaction while the matter is under investigation.

Withdrawal Rules

  • KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal.
  • The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000.
  • Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours.
  • Withdrawals will be processed using the same method used for the original deposit.
  • Winnings from bonus balance are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
  • Nbajji may request additional verification documents when necessary.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Each bonus and promotional offer on nbajji comes with specific terms attached. Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions may result in the bonus being voided.

Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit. The minimum deposit to qualify is BDT 500. The first deposit must be made within 7 days of registration to be eligible. The welcome bonus carries a 30x wagering requirement.

General Bonus Terms

  • Each promotional offer has its own separate wagering requirements.
  • If wagering conditions are not met within the specified timeframe after a bonus is credited, the bonus will be forfeited.
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
  • Transferring bonus funds to another account is prohibited.
  • Nbajji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
  • If bonus abuse is identified, all bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited.

5 Gaming Rules

All games on nbajji are subject to a set of core rules. These Terms & Conditions are in place to ensure fairness and transparency across all gameplay.

  • All games use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Every outcome is entirely random and not predetermined.
  • If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, nbajji reserves the right to void or replay that round.
  • Nbajji is not liable for any bets lost due to network disconnection.
  • In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final.
  • If a match is cancelled in Sports Betting, the bet will be refunded.
  • If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, nbajji reserves the right to void the affected bets.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited under nbajji's Terms & Conditions. Any violation will result in the forfeiture of the Account and Balance.

  • Fraud & Cheating: Any form of fraudulent activity.
  • Bots & Automation: Using automated software or bots to play games.
  • Collusion: Colluding across multiple Accounts to gain mutual advantage.
  • Money Laundering: Using nbajji for the purpose of money laundering.
  • Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple Accounts under the same name or from the same device.
  • Hacking or Cyber Attacks: Any attempt to compromise the security of the platform.
  • Bonus Abuse: Systematic attempts to exploit bonus offers in breach of the rules.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Nbajji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an Account under the following circumstances.

  • In the event of a Terms & Conditions violation.
  • Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
  • Extended periods of inactivity (over 12 months).
  • A court order or request from a law enforcement agency.
  • Account closure at the member's own request.

The verified balance (excluding bonuses) of a permanently closed account will be refunded, unless there is evidence of prohibited activity, in which case no funds will be returned.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

  • All personal data is protected with SSL encryption.
  • Member data is never sold to third parties without the member's consent.
  • Information may be disclosed to authorities when required by law.
  • Members may request the correction or deletion of their personal information.

9 Limitation of Liability

As a gaming platform, nbajji accepts no liability for the following.

  • Loss of bets due to internet disconnection or network issues.
  • Losses arising from issues with the member's own device or software.
  • Any loss resulting from a member's account information falling into the hands of a third party.
  • Any financial losses arising from gaming — gaming always carries risk.

10 Changes to Terms & Legal Jurisdiction

Any disputes relating to these Terms & Conditions will first be referred to nbajji's customer support team for resolution. If the matter remains unresolved, both parties shall seek resolution through a recognized international arbitration process.
